The backpackers and self-contained accommodation is great for families and travellers in large groups. There are seven bedrooms situated off State Highway 8, just a short walk away from the main homestead.
These rooms were originally shearers quarters. They have been converted into guestrooms so that tourists who are interested in NZ agricultural visits, or exploring the stunning area surrounding Dunstan Downs can be welcomed.
The backpackers and self-contained accommodation have several amenities available to make your stay comfortable at Dunstan Downs. There are shared laundry, kitchen and bathroom facilities available for guests. Free Wi-Fi
You can bring and cook your own meals as kitchen appliances like fridge, oven and microwave ovens are provided. We also provide linen, utensils and plates so there is no need to bring these items. Just drop off your bags and explore the breathtaking land that surrounds you.
